Bidding Documents may only be obtained on or after October 25th, 2018 through Reprographic
Arts, Inc. 1017 Franklin Street, Michigan City, IN 46360, Phone 219-872-9111. Interested
bidders should contact Reprographic Arts to obtain a set of the Bidding Documents electronically
or on a CD for a fee of $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE. Checks in the amount of $50.00 should be
made out to the City of East Chicago. Delivery service is available for an additional fee. Only one
set of electronic documents or a CD will be provided. Printed sets can be obtained through
Reprographic Arts, costs of which will be paid by the bidder. Bidding contractors are responsible
for ALL of the bidding Documents as described in Instruction to Bidders. Addendums and other
pertinent information regarding the bids will only be sent to the bidders registered with
Reprographic Arts and having paid the $50.00 Fee.
Copies of the Bidding Documents may be examined at Reprographic Art, Inc. website
raplanroom.com. Arrangements may be made with the City Planning Department to examine
copies of the Bidding Documents at the City of East Chicago Planning Department, 4525
Indianapolis Blvd., Avenue, East Chicago, IN during normal business hours.
