Bidding Documents may only be available on or after Wednesday, October 2nd, 2019 for a fee of $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE through Reprographic Arts, Inc. 2824 E. Michigan Blvd, Michigan City, IN 46360, Phone 219-872-9111. Checks in the amount of $50.00 should be made out to the City of East Chicago. Interested bidders should contact Reprographic Arts to obtain a set of the Bidding Documents. Printed sets can be obtained through Reprographic Arts, costs of which will be paid by the bidder. Bidding contractors are responsible for ALL of the bidding Documents as described in Instruction to Bidders. Addendums and other pertinent information regarding the bids will only be sent to the bidders registered with Reprographic Arts and having paid the $50.00 Fee.
